About Me
I'm 41 years old and i have been fighting for my little boy Luca for over 2 years now, i last seen him on the 18th June 2007 . His mother and her family have keep me away using a family court system which is so govenrd to the Mother. Equal Parenting for every parent Mother or Father.No one has ever said i'm a danger to my son yetr i'm still kept out of his life due to His Mother and her wealthy family funding this injustice..

goodluck on your case I hope the court will grant you some rights to your son..I don't know the family laws in my country,I sure need some help from the father of my son-not financially but to help norture him as a young man...he is only 8 now but it's only me and my mom who takecare him...I am working overseas to support him.
your ex really wants you out their lives but I think she's wrong....anyway,just show to your son you care,when he's older he'll know you are there for him...keep in touch
your son is very lucky you are interested to know him...the father of my son doesn't

Yeah i just got my son's school report back which is excellent, but to my dismay my wife has changed his surname and added in her own maiden name. Apparently she can do this and is not breaking the law or being see as influencing his name change... Good site and good luck with your own battle, i wouldn't wish this world on my worst enemy. You are fighting blind with your hands tied behind your back...
Really sad to read that. The court system in this country is unequal and unfair - not just to the fathers but to the innocent children who are deprived of 2 equal parents.
However the ultimate responsibility lies with women (and men in some cases no doubt) who are prepared to put their own selfish needs and wants before that of their own children. I wish you all the best! Matt |
